Kayla Peeters Music Studio Policy:

Thank you for choosing Kayla Peeters Music to learn music! In order for every one of our students to receive the most effective and creative lessons as possible, We have put together the following policies:​​

• Tuition Structure and Schedule:

  • There are 44 weeks of lessons during the year. Lessons are offered all year long, including Summer. ​

  • Tuition is broken into 12 equal payments. All tuition payments are due by the 1st lesson of each month (no later than the 8th of the month)Tuition payments are non-refundable. Should you choose to discontinue lessons, you are welcome to finish taking lessons through the month that you have paid for. A $25 late fee will be applied on the 15th of the month.

• All new students are required to pay an enrollment fee of $25.00. This is a one-time fee for students that remain on the schedule. Students that take a break from lessons, will be required to pay the enrollment fee upon re-enrollment.

• Make-up Lessons:

  • Due to the structure of the class, we do not offer make-up lessons. You are welcome to join another group, during the week, if your teacher has an opening. If a teacher has to cancel, they will offer a make-up lesson time.

• What does the monthly tuition cover (music lessons):

  • ​Lesson time and time slot

  • Recital and Performances ​

• Studio rules:

  • ​Please do not bring your child to lessons if they are sick, or have had a fever/vomiting within 24 hours prior to lessons. This includes anything that could be passed along to someone else (ringworm, lice, pink eye, etc…) This is to protect our teachers and students.

  • Please remind your child to wash their hands, or use hand sanitizer before their lesson.

  • If you have any questions about this policy, please don’t hesitate to ask.

• Flat monthly tuition explained:

  • ​The flat monthly tuition rate is a year’s worth of lessons, divided into 12 equal payments. The monthly rate stays the same regardless of the number of lessons within a given month. There are 44 weeks of lessons during the year. Lessons go all year long.
